the location was perfect - it was easily accessible and surrounded by great shopping and dining opportunities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, with good English skills. the room was clean and the bed surprisingly comfortable. the bathroom was spotless and I couldn't have been happier with the hot shower. the experience exceeded my expectations.

That some areas of the hotel were undergoing construction, resulting in occasional noise disruptions.
